ZONGYI Optical Glasses started from providing resin lenses in 2010's. Our daily production capacity became to 10000 pairs per day.
In year of 2015, we made an important decision to import machinery from Germany (SATIS LOH VFT Obrit) for the manufacture of the individualized progressive spectacles, embodying the manufacturer's vision to create Free Form lensesof the highest quality standards and maximally adapted to consumer needs. Our production capacity for freeform lens is 1500 pairs per day, so work with us, what rewards will be high quality and prompt shipment.
We persist in "based on quality". Our products sell well in over 20 countries and regions. We have also gained CE certificate for Europe market.

Q1: Are you a factory?
A: Yes, we are a manufacturer of optical lenses located in Heyang town Danyang city.

Q2: How about your optical lens production ability per day?
A: About 10000 pairs / day.

Q3: How is your quality?
A: We have a very seriously control system (ERP system). We guarantee the high performance of every piece of our lenses.

Q4: How do you control lens quality?
A: Producing process is in vacuum dust-free shop, like prepare material, mixed material and take out uncoated optical lens. Each piece of lenses must go through triple inspection by experienced workers, such as UC lens inspection, HC lens inspection, and HMC lens inspection.

Q5: How to check the durability of optical lens coating?
A: After AR coating, we carry out salt water boiling experiment for our optical lens.
Experiment 1: we put 4 pieces lens into 5% salt boling water for 15 minutes, then, check, if no coating layers drop from lens, or no coating layers crack appear, the quality is OK.
Experiment 2: Putting lens in 5% boliling salt water for 2 minutes, cold water 1 minutes, boil and cold water times, no coating layers crack, drop, then ok.

Q6: When will I get the reply from seller?

Q7: Could you provide free samples for customers checking the quality before they place the order?
A: Yes, of course. For those customers who are really interested in our products, if the quantity is reasonable, we would be very glad to provide our samples after get the detailed instructions from the customer.
