PC Lens, also known as "space lens" and "cosmic lens", is a lens made of polycarbonate, which is essentially different from ordinary resin (CR-39) lenses. PC lenses inherit the excellent super impact resistance of raw materials. Because of the high refractive index and light specific gravity, the weight of the lens is greatly reduced. The PC lens has extremely strong toughness and does not break (2cm can be used for bulletproof glass), so it is also called safety lens. With a specific gravity of only 2 grams per cubic centimeter, it is the lightest material currently used for lenses.
